I voted for the 'ol 25.
It's the main reason PRSi are my main guitars, comfort. I like the wider spacing at the nut too.

I played Gibsons for so long, that I got really used to 24.75 even though it feels a little bit cramped, and never felt comfortable with 25.5. The PRS scale splits the difference nicely.

A min Pentatonic;)
I favor the 25" scale of a PRS Singlecut !!!

I like the 25" as well.
Nicely splits the difference for me.

Even though I own a LP I still prefer the comfort of my previously owned PRSi. Someday I will become a PRS owner again.
I voted for the 25" scale as well, even though my LP is getting all my attention these days. There is just something about that string tension that is perfect to me...they don't fight back as much as a Strat, but aren't as springy as a LP.

Hey! Why no option for 24" - Fender Jaguar? :p
I know, there is also a 23.5 Byrdland! But I thought I'd keep it to these 4.:)

Oh Okay, I'll add " Dorian"
BUT only on my 25" CU22 or Std24 :D

I like the LP scale, that's why my 2 Anderson's are Cobras (short scale). I also dig PRS, and of course have to have a real Strat & Tele, but for me the longer scale interferes with my comfort.
A min Pentatonic;)That's what I thought this thread was about too :D
I guess I'm very happy with the PRS 25" scale. Suits me fine.
