I have to admit that I'm pretty well hooked on the Food Network. One of the shows that I watch pretty regularly is "30 minute meals" with Rachael Ray (If you've ever seen her, you'd know one of the reasons why I like ths show!)

Anyway, I've been puzzling for weeks over the song that they play on either side of the commercial breaks. Who is the guitar player/band? What is the name of the song?

She does the 40 dollar a day show too. As in how to eat 3 meals in any particular vacation spot for 40 bucks and get great food.
