Why on this forum and 2 other guitar forums I belong to, why can't I stay logged-in for a long period of time? Is it something with my computer or is it a automatic security feature in the forum software?

You can check "Remember Me?", but if you're being logged out within an hour or two, most likely something/someone is clearing/deleting your cookies.

Correct. If anyone in your web browser deletes the cookies meant to recognize you in the forum, then someone is also deleting web history and cookies.

I smell trouble brewing....:(

Strangely enough, I was logged off this morning. It hasn't happened, ever. I'd even forgotten my password, for the first couple tries.


It's probably Jamie, picking our brains, which doesn't take that long, sometimes.
