Thanks so much, guys! I had a great B-Day but no new guitars just a bunch of booze. Man, I totally feel like a pinhead for not seeing this thread earlier. I've just been really busy doing what I do. Thanks again!

Great news, Matt. I look forward to the "Grilled Salmon with Spicy Brown Sugar Rub". How do you do your potatoes like the ones in the picture? Do you boil them first, or just hit them with oil and let em fry? What kind of oil? I'm lovin' the peanut oil, as of late.

The potatoes are a breeze. Just quarter some red potatoes, and drizzle them with olive oil (I'm sure peanut oil would work great too). Season with with fresh rosemary, salt and pepper and throw them in the oven @ 400 until they are done. They are killer totally easy. I'm sure you'll dig the Salmon too. Let me know how they turn out.
