The PTC must be caught up now. I sent in my paperwork for the pickup promotion and received a call in just over a week after sending it. I shipped the guitar to them on Monday, it landed there yesterday. I got a call today telling me it is done and will be put into shipping today to head back my way. Serious fast turn around.

You may want to call to make sure they got it. Just so you know, they are out all next week. I would get the call in yet today or tomorrow.
