Hey everyone,

I didn't have any more time to dedicate this than to play the rhythmn on the Donk's SC and a quick solo via the Modern Eagle. The tune is just a song I wrote a long time ago. Sorry no time for drums, base or synths. Just want to give you all a sample of the Eagle. There is a few second pause before the song starts...I'm a rookie still:)

Also, listen to how long that last note holds for a taste of the ME. Wow.

With your writing and chops, you could make any guitar sound good. :D
That's the nicest flame I've seen on a Modern Eagle. Thanks for the clip.

Sounds good John! That guitar sounds every bit as good as it looks!! Excellent stuff.

That is exactly the singing tone I am looking for to compliment my SC. Very nice! ...and it looks killer too! Man, I can't wait for mine!

Thanks guys for the compliments. I have to admit I don't consider myself much more than a hack at guitar. I've been playing for almost 15 years for about 15-30 minutes a day just to kill stress and unwind. It's extremely flattering to hear that I actually sound OK.

By the way, that clip is all straight out of the bridge pickup. Phil, you'll love the combo of the Scut and Eagle:D

John,

Sounds great. Thank you SO much for helping me keep my GAS contained:D. Care to share the details on what you're playing through?

Very nice, John!
And as nice as the ME is, Don's SC is just sick! One piece top, is it?

Dan, I'm in 2 year old baby mode...so all guitars are direct into a PodPro and recorded on a Roland Digital Recorder. After that I play the signal on the Roland and send the output to the sound card on my PC for basic MP3 recording with free software.

Dan D, that certainly is a one piece top. It's a beautiful guitar. Although I have too many SingleCuts now so if you want a matching stop tail let me know;)

Sounds beautiful! That ME has a very BIG tone. Does the sustain get in the way?

Maybe you need one of these:
