Hi everyone. I just registered and this is my first posting. Been hanging around since the beginning tho. I wanted to post a link to my bands new demo. The band is called Kindred Spirit. We are a Christian band and also are the Sat. night Worship Team at Wesley here in town. We are just really getting out and playing at other churches, etc. The demo has 5 original songs on it. I am the songwriter but the rest of the band added a ton of their own contributions. Click on this link http://www.wesleymethodist.org/ (http://www.wesleymethodist.org/) Then scroll down to 6:00 pm -- Free Spirit Worship Service (http://www.wesleymethodist.org/Free%20Spirit%20Praise%20&%20Worship.html) and click on it. Scroll down to Kindred Spirit Demo Songs and click on the song title to hear. I am interested in hearing what you all think.
Thanks.

Not to shabby Kindred Spirit. The back-up singers are excellent. I like the acoustic guitar riff. My only criticism (if that's ok) would be to have your drummer watch his tempo. He's pretty consistently "ahead" of the beat. It makes the song sound less tight than it really is.

Modern Worship isn't really my thing, but I liked it, not overly "preachy".

BTW, "I Live In You" is the only song I downloaded and which my comments are based on.

That's the second Christian Band I've listerned to this week as we were talking Stryper with Big Ginger Git the other day.

A completly different slant than Stryper but I bet you have a blast on a Sunday.

I could be mistaken but does "I Can Live In You" sound as if it's going to fade out a few times.

Thanks to everyone so far for comments and compliments so far. I appreciate the input. Yes, there are a couple things (at least) that we can and will do better. We are beginning the process of recording a full length CD. We have learned a lot and the next one will be a lot better. Thanks.........It's a blast very time we Praise God. Coolest thing there is.
