Yes, they replicated it right down to the tape residue over the latches.

I didn't get a chance to plug it in as we were @ a PRS clinic. Unplugged it was awesome....great great neck!!! If I was to go the PS route I definately would do the bound fretboard!:)

Why the PS has a two-piece bridge? Doesn't the original GE has a one piece bridge like any other old PRS?

What's the silvery beast to the left of Howard in the picture? Awesome looking guitar.

That's a WRC Neptune from Wayne Charvel , from the mid nineties. It is covered in shell. Under the lights it's unbelievable. Pics of it here:
