I just received my B210 from Dave. Which is a bit of a surprise because he told me that it wouldn't be here until next week. However, I called at exactly the right time, he was filling out the label and shipping the cabinet as I was placing the order!
First tone report from plunking around on it in my studio:
This thing sounds amazing! I pulled out my Spector NS2000 and plugged it in through my SWR WM160 head. The cab sounded fantastic right out of the box. For a small cabinet, it has a ton of punch. Even much more than my EVM 15 cab. It seemed to fill my studio effortlessly. I'm getting ready to change the strings on my bass to see how it sounds with new strings.
Next Saturday, it will get put through its paces at my church. We're doing a heavy rock worship service. I won't be playing it, (I'll be playing guitar) but I'll definitely be listening to it.
BTW, I'm trying another recomendation from one of our Forumites. Ross Tyrie recomended Webstrings to me, so I'm giving their bass strings a shot. The price can't be beat - $12 for 5 string bass strings, and $2.85 for guitar strings. www.webstrings.com (http://www.webstrings.com/)
