Ok Jo...so you told us earlier about yer perspiration issues, and upcoming gig.
Give it up!! When and where is the gig? Or are you too CHICKEN to tell
us? ( buk, buk, buk, buk,......bugock!!):D

Sunday the 22nd At Three Brothers Pizza .... Yikes! That's soon. We have about 24 songs, so we'll be doing two sets. Phew... my hands are starting to sweat just thinking about it.

Trying to decide what to do about amp, whether to use the Zinky with the GT-6 in front of it ( :o ) and mike it up, or just to use the GT-6 straight into the PA. The benefit with using the Zinky is that I'll have my own monitor then.

Shrug...

Any suggestions?

Use that Zinky!! It's got killer tone, and like you said, the
amp could be your monitor! I'll be there!

use the Zinky. It will sound better than direct, trust me.

Something I inherited from my mother. :p My eyes are always closed and my mouth is always twisted up ... on second thoughts, maybe I just look like that all the time. You'll just have to come in person. :D

The thing that really sucks now is that our drummer got in an accident and damaged his leg and now he has to stay off the drums for at least 3 weeks. So we'll be heading there with all the trusty old drum backing tracks. No chance for a screw up with a missed measure or anything now. Bummer!

What time is your gig, Jo? I have a gig that afternoon at Hunt Valley Country Club, but if yours is at night, maybe I can swing by!

You'll just have to come in person. :D Would if I could...but I'll be in Plainville, CT. that weekend so I have a built in excuse.
