Here's what he emailed me...

I have one very special one already, but keeping this one......I will be getting another one this weekend......custom built for the person that came up with the SAS......RP
ridiculous flame neck and freeboard, cherry sunburst front AND back..super light weight ash ..5 way rotary...RP pickups....before the modern eagle
and the neck is a set neck NOT bolted on......custom built for RP and signed on back of headstock under the finish.........used on the Jenna's Eyes CD......
will have it on Sunday.........photos to follow, and sold to best offer

I asked him the same Jo. He said Ralph Perucci. If I'm not mistaken, isn't that the guitarist in Paul's band, The Dragons?

Yes thats him. Paul also makes him some tricked out guitars so its likely legit. Its nice to have friends in high places.

Hmmm...Could this be the guitar Ralph played with th Dragons at the NAMM Show concert? That was an SAS with three mini-humbuckers and a 5-way strat-style pickup selector switch? Interesting guitar...
