replacing amp speaker

Hey all,

I have a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. I would like to swap in a Celestion Vintage 30 speaker to replace the stock one.

Is it a simple affair of just removing the stock and bolting in the new speaker?

Are there any precautions I need to take? Does the amp need to be re-biased?

so do I need to pull out the entire amp chasis? Do I need to remove the knobs on the front?
