I'm very jealous, I tried, but was a little over my budget. Amazing guitar!

Obviously someone with exquisite tastes.
Probably very good-looking and intelligent too.
Must be some hot guitarist to need a Driskill!
A role model for your children, kind to animals.
A great American.

Whoever it is, I wish I were more like him.

And who could ever blame you?
I played that guitar and it's awesome. When I played it, it had chrome EMG which looked real cool. But the Rio Grandes probably sound much better.

I would never have written something like that except that I'm so excited I'm babbling. Well now that you are overwhelmed with joy and such...send me your IRW CU22 S/H as it will surely be jealous from you spending too much time with your new Driskill. I'll make sure to keep it company an comfort it during its time of neglect from you! :p

Nice snag there John...I'm jealous! :(

Thanks for the good wishes, all.

Goof, you can have my semi-hollow when you can pry my cold, dead...you know the rest. :D

I am very weird about my guitars (of course I am...I'm a guitarist) and spent much time with a few of my PRS's last night so that they wouldn't be too jealous when the Driskill arrives today. I don't want them to turn on me or lose that shimmering enthusiasm they have when they're touched.

Doc, you're right about the stoptail but what can I do...I had to have that guitar. I actually like a tremelo a lot except for string-breaking. I'll just have to be a grown-up about it, I guess.

Pics and sound report will follow.

Thanks, Ariel...

I'm hoping the guitar will make me sound like you but I have my doubts. :D
