SC Satin - neck finish worn smooth

My SC Satin has a smooth glossy finish on the back of the neck after only a few weeks playing. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining as the satin finsh has worn to a really easy to play silky feel, but, I have a few questions.

Have I worn the nitro finish away and will it continue to wear until I get through to bare wood?

Is there any special treatment or care I should give to a satin finish that is wearing through?

Chill. That's a common phenomenom of over playing :D .

Actually you've buffed the satin look back to a gloss as you play up and down the neck. It takes way longer than a few weeks to wear down the finish. No worries.
