Tele Wiring Diagram

I noticed I don't really use the tone controls on my tele ...

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a rewire ...

I have a 3-was tele switch.

In the rear position, I want the bridge pickup active, no tone controls. Ilike a Esquire).

The middle position, I want to use the tone control as a blend control for the bridge and neck pickup.

In the front position, I was the neck pick up no tone control.

Anyone help?

Contact Acme Guitar Works. They sell 250K blender pots for Strats and Teles, but the instructions that came with the 250K solid shaft pots I ordered for my Tele came with Strat instructions. I did the mod on one of my Strats, and when I contacted them by email about needing the blender wiring diagram for the Tele they told me they could fax me the instructions. I've been so busy I haven't gotten back to them with a fax number.
