Ok, its that time of the year so yesterday morning I went to one of our shopping malls to collect the goods that Mrs. Tahitijack deserves this year. She was a very very very good girl this year so my budget was enough to cover the list and a few extras I found along the way.

For lunch I found a nice little Tex-Mex place in the mall called "Tejas." Cool bar with a few plasmas and the restaurant decor is also very nice and more important reasonably priced. For lunch it was a fish taco combo washed down with an Arnold Palmer. The weather is questionable and traffic thick so I decided against a beer or marguerita. Maybe next time.

After lunch I went back to a couple of shops to finish up, but as I did I could hear live music comming form the center court of the mall. Kids from the local high school were singing Christmas music. During the season the mall has live music every day from 11 to 1. The entertainment runs from choirs to jazz combos and everything in between.

Do any of you or your kids have a gig at the local shopping mall, playing Christmas music for a few hours? One more opportunity to play out....

Happy Holidays!
