Greetings and salutations,

I've been lurking about for the past several months here (and for some time at the old site as well) and thought I'd throw my introverted caution to the wind and introduce myself:
- live in da U.P. of Michigan, eh! ...just west of Marquette
- played bass for 20+ years
- played guitar nearly as long
- played guitar somewhat more seriously for 5+ years
- currently play guitar in a country/rock/blues/gospel group "Freedom to Fly"
- bachelor's degree in psychology
- M.Div in counseling
- employed by Teaching Family Homes of Upper Michigan
- work with kids having histories of abuse and/or neglect w/psych diagnosis
- currently own two PRSi: a 97 SAS and a new 04 HB Spruce (woo hoo! :) )
- next PRS: perhaps a McSoapy standard w/rosewood neck
- yes, I'm single: "Does anyone mind if I buy another guitar? Anyone at all?"
You can find a link to my current instruments here (don't have pics of the HB Spruce yet) ....

That about covers the highlights, I guess.

This is where the sig would go if I had one.

Thanks for the welcome, y'all. ....it's sorta like being in a support group without the 12 steps. :p How cool is that!

In any event, I've been trying to get a pic of the HB Spruce on my web site, but things like work keep getting in my way. In the mean time, you can see a very similar example from the Magdon site (where I purchased the guitar). The stats: HB Spruce in vintage natural w/birds, piezo, and chrome hardware. Here's a link to one of its siblings:

If that fails, poke around the Magdon site for a sample.... Enjoy! :)

FWIW, it looks a lot better in person; especially next to the SAS.
