I thought there was a place you could just buy the part of the Schaller straplock that screws to your guitar and not have to buy the whole locking system.
anyone know?

I had the same question a while back, and someone here provided me the answer. Stew-Mac

I don't know, what's a pair of straplocks... $17.00 last time I checked? It would probably be worth it to buy a whole new set and have the rest of the parts as back-up in case something else wears out. :)

well, I have a dozen electrics alone and every one has schaller straplocks on them, so add it up. And then I still only use one strap for all of them. I don't need anymore full sets (I've got 12 already) I just need the stud parts for new guitars...

Oh, ok. I was looking at it from my dorky perspective. :) I buy matching a matching strap for each of my guitars!
