Looking for an inexpensive, nice sounding OD/Fuzz to add some hair to chords and rhythm but yet the guitar remain bluesy and clean too (wanna be like Keef I guess). Thought about the double muff, anyone have them or love/hate them. I dont want to add keerrrrang like grind for a metal tone - nor do I want to sound like the Smashing Pumpkins, just to add some hair to my strat to thicken it up and give it some fur, something that you could maybe leave on all the time. Any other pedals I should try thhat fit this description?
BTW, I am playing through a Germino Club 40 w/ a 2x12 Greenback loaded open back cab....mostly strats and the lone 335...
