What does the "i" stand for? Import? Indian (as in rosewood)?
Sorry, not up on my PRS terminology, though did have Custom 24 for a while (great guitar).
I won't even start w/ the Gibson R7-type short-hand. ;)

No. That is "Obscene". Send me the EG and I won't report you to the guitar police.

Actually, how much does the EG weigh? I'm guessing the equivalent in Malteasers would be a lot! :D

Shouldn't it be PRS'?

Wayne - What is the Focus thing where Jan starts off clean and dark and ends up screaming/trebly with just a twist of the knob?

Best, Pete.

PRSs.

That's how it's written in The PRS Book, anyway.

Kinda rolls off the tongue better, too.
And you don't get this look >:confused: when you tell somebody, "Hey, check out my PRS-eye!"

"By crikey, we're moving close to large herd of PRSi. Now Terri is going to move the jeep a little closer and I'll snag one with my noose on the end of this pole . . . Oh no, we've spooked the herd - the PRSi are stampeding. We don't want that. Oh, look, snag that lame McCarty . . . got her! Oh she's a beauty - look at that 10 top - her bridge is bright and shiney - beauty. Her toggle is a little loose - that's why she couldn't keep up with the rest. We'll fix her up and take her back to our PRSi preserve and she'll live happily with the other 10."

I hope you didn't break of that toggle with your lassoo. I'd hate to have to hunt for it through the grass. :D

(btw, wouldn't that make great Hi Def tv programming?)

I WILL have that BCCE24 one day, I don't care what it takes.

I wonder if Jeri would let me seduce . . . eh nevermind!

Anyway, Wayne, what's REALLY going to freak you out is what PRSH means.

Shhhhhh, nobody tell him.

As for the Gibby Historic hieroglyphics, this applies specifically to Les Paul reissues:

R= reissue
7= '57 Les Paul

R7= '57 reissue

This goes up to '60, where you'll see "R0".

There, that wasn't so bad, was it? :p
