T.C. G-Force vs G-Major

Have any of you used both of these effects? If so could you tell me the main differences between the two? The main thing I can see is more presets in the G-Force and an intelegent pitch shifter as opposed to the fixed pitch shifter in the G-Major. Is there anything else to justify the $1000 price difference?
