My brand new PRS has one niggle: the tremolo bar.

The bushings on the bridge are so tight, I can hardly get the bar in or out and it takes a fair bit of force to get the thing to spin. I've tried loosening the set screw 'til it was practically falling out of the bridge. No dice.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Here's what I got from Jack Gretz:
The word out of PRS is that they are trying to tighten up the tolerance on the Arm because over time the bushing and arm become very loose. Install the arm (they said it will be tight) and work it round for a few days. They tell me it will become very usuable in a few days

Maybe a small dab of white lithium grease to ease it up?

I don't have any suggestions for you except oil lube or graphite lube, but I sure hate when the trem are does not swing freely. I like it to fall down when I let it go.
