Upgrade Troubles

Hey everyone, this is the latest installment of my upgrade, and am in need of some help.

I got the tuners in no problem, and the electronics are in. But I think I have wiring problems. Output is very low and the it is as if the tone knob is shorted out as it is not adjusting the tone when turned.

Any suggestions on where to start the debugging.

Figured it out last night and am blaming it on a bad pot. I was hoping not to have to use the CTS one i bought because I'm not a big fan of carpentry, but oh well. Now its working and it sounds great. Still have to drill to new pot hole though (ugh).
