Alrighty, we know it's going to happen, and we know where, we just don't know WHEN. We've all got things going in our lives that are important to us, so let's pick a day that works. If someone can't make any of these dates we'll have it another time. It's all for fun, and a chance to meet each other, so preparation really isn't a necessity. Please vote on a date. If there's a date you CANT make it please post or email.

Good job, Doug.
I definitely can't on May 1st. The other ones work.

The 15th it is. I've taken the liberty of inviting someone else over. He plays a PRS so I figured it'd be ok ;)

So do we need to bring anything? ;)
I'll have my two PRSi, and maybe my FrankenPaul if anybody wants to see it - it'd be cool if we had an acoustic amp for the piezos (hint, hint)...
I'm thinking I'll also bring my old Mark IV head and my "more portable" Mashall 2x12 cab (as opoosed to my Mesa vertical 2x12).
I think this is going to be fun! :dude:

I don't have much to oggle, but I'll have fun playing with your stuff! My stuff is my CU24, and my 5150 II halfstack. I'm hoping my G-major is home by then as well. The only other guitar I have here to share is a recently aquired Jem7vwh if anyone wants to take a trip to the dark side.

Sorry I've been AWOL from this thread guys but I just officially voted for the 15th. I'll have my McCarty and my Route 66, and I can bring my GT-6 if anybody is interested in that as well. It sounded okay through my friend's Mesa Rectoverb the other day, but I have yet to run it through my 66. Actually, I've only even PLAYED through my amp twice - and I didn't have very long to mess around with it either time. My basic take on it was that it was similar to my old Bluesbreaker Combo (JTM45 re-issue), but with more tonal complexity. I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys can get out of it, and how your various guitars sound through it. If anybody has any pedals that they would like to play through it please bring them as well.
Also, any suggestions for libations or snacks?

Cool Brian.
So there were 6 votes...
As far as I know, besides Doug's friend, there should be Doug, Bill, Brian, Mark and myself.
Who's the mystery guest?

Who's the mystery guest?
His name is Hewey. He's 46, and occasionally gives me and my son guitar lessons. 46 years old and a very nice guy. He plays guitar for Shaky Jake, and Faith Nation. His garage is set up for recording, and he rents it out to other bands for practicing. He's been playing an older CE24 thru a Bogner Uberscholl (sp?) He also plays warmoth guitars with Ibanez necks. I mentioned this get together, and he was very interested in participating.
I'm looking forward to it!:)

I meant that besides Hewey, we got 6 votes - I don't know who #6 is. Unless it's a Chicago brutha up for a road trip??? ;)That would be really cool.
