A few days ago I got my Boss Blues Driver (BD-2) back from Robert Keeley http://www.robertkeeley.com/ who modded it for me. I had bought the BD a few years ago, but it just kind of hung around as a backup, and I would loan it out to people, and used my Fulldrive instead. Next to the Fulltone, the BD didn't really excite me that much. I had read good things about Robert's work, so I thought I could part with $60.00 for the mod, and see what happened.
WOW, what a difference! The modded pedal sounds great, much smoother and gutsy. It quickly worked its way into my signal chain. I am really happy with the work that Mr. Keeley has done, and would highly recommend him to all. I just snagged one of his compressors on Ebay, and am looking forward that its arrival.
