One of my McCartys has all black knobs and rings etc. except of course the keystone tuning keys. Can these be stained/colored/painted black? Can they be heated and removed as they do when the knobs are replaced and do they make the keystone keys in black? I've seen the Epiphone Les Paul quilt tops with all black hardware and black keystone tuners. I wonder if you can get those after market?

Yes, tone is first but with those tuners being that color and everything else black, they honestly look after market and out of place.
