Anyone know what is going on with Big Al's Big Day in Court?

Nope...

He had a court date on Jan 26th - his lawyer showed up and pleaded 'Not Guilty' (of course) and subpoena'ed the hotel security tapes, claiming the contents would clear Big Al.

I have not heard whether and when the next court appearance was scheduled.

yea I had heard that, and I noticed they are about to release dates, unless they aren't coming to the US, I assume he is pretty confident he will still have a visa...

I had heard he was supposed to be in court 2/9 again, but have not heard anything else.

Lifeson's arraignment hearing has been postoned twice, while the State Attorney's office continues to investigate the case. The hearing is currently scheduled for February 23.

According to the articles I've read written by locals there, even if Rush was forced to as part of the deal, the city doesn't have a venue large enough to deal with the crowds. Sounds like a lose/lose situation all over again.
