Today I am having Wendys again! I love their Spicy chicken sandwich.
Todays topic?
If you could buy any car in the world what would it be?
Me? I would buy an Aston Martin Vanquish S. And I WILL buy a Lamborgini Gallardo some day too.
and running a very close third place is the Ferrari 575M Maranello.
Part 2 of the topic is...What girl if you could choose any girl in the entire world to ride around in your car with you all the time who would it be?
Me? I would pick up Britney Spears. LOL...I know I know hit me later...call her a skank...I dont care...I think shes gorgeous as hell.

Left-over Little Ceasars pizza.
I'd pick a '71 Hemi-Cuda, or an original Cobra.

And it damn well better be my wife riding around with me :D

Sausages & Mash + pint of London Pride
Not really a car person. My humble For Mondeo Estate is fine for me and my gear.
Like Dan, would only take my wife. After over 40 years of knowing her, and nearly 38 being married to her, nothing else would live up to her.

Leftover Chicken pasta.
I'm really quite happy with my '02 Honda Civic Coupe.
I suppose if I could dream, I'd like to have a fully restored Lotus Esprit or something like that. However, if I could test drive anything I want, it would be an Acura NSX.
I wouldn't mind picking up a 65-69 VW Bug or Ghia to trick out.
As far as who to have with me, I'd have to take my three favorite ladies in the world. My wife, my daughter and my neice.

Greek salad with anchovies and calamata olives.
Oh boy! Two of my favorite subjects, cars and women.

Leftover grilled hamburger with american cheese, tomato, ketchup, and mustard / baked beans / mac'n'cheese / fully leaded Coke / three white fudge Chips Ahoy cookies
Wow, reading that, it's no wonder I'm not losing any weight...anyway
Dude, EQB, you stole my car! Aston Martin V all the way! And I'd take my wife for the drives, for the reasons JR listed minus a few of those years. It'll be 12 years of married bliss for us this July.
Although, IF I could, I would buy one of Elvis' Caddy's, enjoy it with my wife and kids, friends, and family, then sell it, give half of the profit to charity, keep a quarter to myself, and use the rest to buy as many PRSi for you guys and gals as I could seeing as one of you probably would have enabled me into the original purchase of the said Caddy anyway (goof, for example).

I hate anchovies but love kalamata olives and Charlize Theron.
I love my wife too but, I mean, come on! Charlize vs. <your wife's name here>?
I would like to take a ride with Lucinda Williams or Aimee Mann or Bonnie Raitt for the conversation, but with Kirsten Dunst, Natasha McElhone (sp?), Kate Beckinsale, Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Hurley for the view.
I am about to eat my default lunch - see yesterday's thread.

Hey Mark, don't you think she'd much prefer to ride in one of these . . .

I'd definitely pick my wife to ride around with. There's nobody else I'm more comfortable with in a car. You find out just how well you get along with someone when you spend hours together on the road.
Lunch shall be a School Boy Classic: PBJ w/ pretzels. All I'm missing is the box of Hi-C.

You have ruined my life with that posting from yesterday. Thanks a bunch!

Buffet style food again - nice not to have to take anything, but it makes me fart:o
Never had a great car and not bothered really - if it gets me there safe, it's good. If I put the key in it and it starts - it's good. If I don't have to put loads of fuel in it's good and if the parts are cheap it's good.

Curry again, today a butternut squash/curry soup with a wedge of focaccia bread, carrot sticks, and granny smith apple. Chased down with H2O.
It never occurs to me to think about being with any woman other than the one I'm with now, and it really never occurs to me that I might want to drive any car other than the one I drive now.
Wish I could apply that sort of thinking to guitars.

I missed this lunch-wise, but I'm going to go ahead and vote anyhow :D
Any car?
I got a chance to drive a Lamborghini Mercielago recently, and it was incredibly fast. I'd take one of those, the roadster version preferably, and let Hennessey Performance do the turbos, exhaust, and computers , and put on whatever the state of the art closed wheel racing breaks are right now. Possibly swap the tranny for a Diablo tranny if they're interchangable, since this one was too loose for my tastes.
Pure fantasy, isin't it great :D
