Need to get a set up done on my Cu24 called a local Luthier he told me $300.00 to $350.00, Whoo, seems a little high to me. What is a fair price for a full set up?

No freakin way. A set of strings, tweek of the old truss rod, PUP height, intonation... you're looking at $35-45 at most. He's definitely setting you up, not the guitar.

Even in the expensive SF Bay Area, $300-$350 is a full fret replacement job, including the setup.
