There are some hitters on the Gear Page going after that amp - advice is to steer clear unless you are very serious about going after it.

Extremely interesting though, ain't it?

As interesting as it seems, I wouldn't feel good about buying a piece like this from a guy with zero feedback...

Seems like an awesome amp, however! :dude:

It is very interesting...Especially the fact that the warranty will be included and the shipping will be paid for by Bogner Amplification.

I am NOT certain, but I thought Bogner was the seller. I could be wrong though!!!!

Allow me to play devil's advocate for a moment. When have you ever heard of Eric using a Bogner? He has been very much a Fender and Marshall guy since I have known him and have been reading about him. I understand that amplifier companies would be "going after him" with any amp they could produce, but the fact remains that Eric is really not known for using this amp. If it was one of his 100 watt Marshall's from a few years ago, I may be more apt to jump at this. I don't discount the fact that it may be a one of a kind amp that Bogner sent to Eric to try out, but ultimately it was not one that he used and endorsed. Was it really worth the asking price?

Isn't it a bit ironic that a 0 feedback seller states in his auction "DO NOT BID! if your Ebay account has no Selling/Buying history, Postive feedback ratings or more than two negative feedback ratings. All these Bids/bidders are void."

It's ok for the seller to have no history but not the buyer? Geeze!

Aw, that's chump change stuff, a ten year old amp with no historical significance, that was once owned for a short time by some nearly famous guy.

I'm selling Abraham Lincoln's original Fender Bassman. On ebay.

And the starting price is One MILLION Dollars!

Is that the one he used on his first album "the Emancipation Proclamation"? :D

That price is getting into Diezel land, even though it is pretty close to MAP on a new Classic 100.

I count 22 knobs and 17 switches. Oh, and don't forget the 5 button footswitch.
That's about 32.7 billion tones I suppose. I bet one of them is 'killer'

No, that was his custom "Gettysburg", made by a small builder in PA. He used the one Les is selling on the posthumous release, "Live from Ford's Theater".

I was going to get that CD, but Mrs. Lincoln gave it two thumbs down...
