In one way I hope it works out coz I used to do some work for Disney and I wasn't entirely happy with the way they treat people.


In another Bill Gates is bank rolling the bid and it may be another step to total world domination.

At least Pixar have seen sense and have walked away from Disney they should be confident enough now to release their own material maybe through Mirramax.

I'm not too keen on the content producers being married to the pipeline owners. I think that's a plague that's damaged the music business. The consumers wind up being told what they like and eventually start to beleive it.
I haven't read up on what the SEC and anti-trust lawyers have to say about it, but I'd rather not see it pan out.

i don't think there will be another Toy Story. the Pixar films are great though and i'm sure they'll come up with something. i wish they'd come out with an animation movie not aimed at 2 yr olds.
