Hello BaMers,

My band, Deny Everything, is currently reformatting after some personnel departures and refocusing of the setlist (see below)... we are currently a drummer, keyboard player, guitarist/singer (me), and (sometime) female vocalist ... we will be playing danceable rock cover tunes (but not wedding/bar mitzvah music) and at some point might add a set of tunes that folks would like to listen, but not necessarily dance, to ...

we need another guitarist to share lead and rhythm parts and a bassist ... ideally either / both of these positions would be filled with someone able to share lead vocal duties as well .. gender unimportant, 'no problem' attitude a must, substance abuse not welcome ..

we practice on monday evenings in the river hill section of columbia (near Rts 29 and 32) .. we intend to play out about once per month on a weekend evening ... we intend to rent sound & lights so as to not have to invest and/or lug around heavy equipment for gigs ... we are all age 40 and over ... we are all married family guys with full time careers and no illusions of 'making it' in the music biz .. we just want to have fun in a "no drama" environment with nice people making good music ...

some of the tunes we hope to add in the coming weeks/months are:

Mr. Jones (Counting Crows)
It's All Been Done (Bare Naked Ladies)
Brian Wilson (Bare Naked Ladies)
Runaround (Blues Traveler)
Melissa (Allman Bros.)
Heaven (Los Lonely Boys)
Real Emotion (Los Lonely Boys)
More Than Love (Los Lonely Boys)
Real World (Matchbox 20)
Girl Like That (Matchbox 20)
Hey Jealousy (Gin Blossoms)
Further on up the road (Eric Clapton)
One Headlight (Wallflowers)
G-d Don't Make Lonely Girls (Wallflowers)
Driver 8 (REM)
Can't Always Get What You Want (Luther Allison)
Take Me To The River (Talking Heads)
I Can't Understand (Los Lobos)
things we do (Indigenous)
now that you're gone (Indigenous)
Smooth (Santana/Rob Thomas)
Brilliant Disguise (Springsteen)
two hearts are better than one (Springsteen)
sherry darling (Springsteen)
